The information provided by Visualife, including AI-generated insights and reports, is for informational and personal tracking purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical treatment based on information from Visualife.
1. Your Responsibilities
You agree to use Visualife for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
2. Your Data
Your data belongs to you. We never sell your information. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
You are solely responsible for the content you input into Visualife. Do not store sensitive or confidential information that you wouldn't want saved on a personal device.
3. AI-Powered Features & Consent
Visualife offers optional AI-powered features (AI Reports, AI Chat, and Vizy Voice Assistant) that require your explicit consent to use. These features send your health and activity data to third-party AI service providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) for analysis.
- You must provide explicit consent before using any AI feature
- You can enable or disable AI features at any time in your Settings
- All core tracking features work without AI - consent is entirely optional

4. Acceptable Use
- No illegal activity or abusive behavior
- No scraping, automated access, or misuse of the platform
- No impersonation or unauthorized access to other accounts
5. Subscription & Payments
Visualife offers a free tier and an optional Plus subscription. If you choose to upgrade, payment will be billed annually unless canceled. You can cancel any time to prevent future charges.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the platform in a harmful or unlawful way. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
Visualife is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the platform. Your use is at your own discretion and risk.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app. Continued use of Visualife after changes means you accept the new Terms.
